Frequently asked questions
- 01
Our puppy placement process begins with submitting a Puppy Application. Once approved, a non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your puppy’s spot. From there, we provide ongoing updates, guidance, and support until your puppy is ready to join your family.
- 02
Start by completing our Puppy Application. After approval, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including submitting the non-refundable reservation fee to confirm your reservation.
- 03
We accept a limited number of reservation fees prior to a litter’s birth. Factors like litter size, color, and gender can be unpredictable, so early reservations are limited.
We only accept reservations from families seeking a puppy with the right temperament and compatibility for their home—not just specific looks or colors.
- 04
Reservation fees are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred once to another available puppy or the next litter. Transferred fees receive the third pick of the next litter unless earlier picks are available. Transfers are valid only for the next litter. This policy helps prevent long waiting lists and ensures serious families have a fair opportunity to welcome a Country Oak Pom.
- 05
We carefully match families and puppies based on temperament, lifestyle, and preferences. Final selections are made at around 7 weeks of age, with pick order based on the timing of reservation fees.
- 06
We’ll ask about your preferences and lifestyle, then work with you to select the puppy that is the best fit for your family, using temperament assessments and your household needs as a guide.
